Redesign and creation of advertising assets for BOOCS, a BPO and consulting firm specializing in business process transformation.


The Challenge
BOOCS sought to revitalize its social media presence while maintaining its identity centered on expertise and innovation. It was crucial to project a high-level service backed by the adoption of advanced technological tools and expert financial consulting. Additionally, the project required designing two landing pages dedicated to business process automation and financial consulting, aimed at generating leads and strengthening communication with potential clients.














Process
I analyzed BOOCS’ existing brand to identify the elements that conveyed professionalism, modernity, and trust. The established color palette and typography were used to ensure brand consistency. I prioritized a clean and organized design that made content easy to read and allowed the audience to quickly identify the firm’s services and advantages. In addition to social media designs and animated graphic videos, I developed two conversion-focused landing pages. Each page included a prominent contact form and clear, concise content blocks. The benefits and solutions were presented visually and schematically, reinforcing BOOCS’ value proposition and helping visitors make informed decisions.
Solution
I designed a series of graphic pieces to refresh BOOCS’ image, highlighting its expertise in technology and financial consulting. These served as a foundation and reference for future materials. The visuals featured a modern and elegant style, with direct messages that encourage action and build trust. The videos maintained the simplicity, sobriety, and professionalism required. Meanwhile, both landing pages—one focused on process automation and the other on financial consulting—were designed to guide users intuitively, strengthen BOOCS’ brand identity, and optimize lead generation.
Impact
The redesign refreshed BOOCS’ communication as a solid and modern firm aligned with its leadership in business consulting and transformation. The landing pages attracted more potential clients and increased inquiries and sign-ups, supporting client portfolio growth. Through balanced visual composition and consistent graphic language, the social media pieces effectively conveyed BOOCS’ message while maintaining the professionalism and seriousness that define the brand.
