TalentHub Where talent meets opportunity.

I developed the visual identity for Talent Hub’s social media — a platform that connects Latin American programmers with English proficiency to companies in the United States.

Challenge

The main challenge was to design visuals that effectively communicated with two different audiences: programmers looking for new opportunities and companies interested in hiring talent. The project required maintaining the identity of TalentHub Talento (targeted at programmers) while creating materials for TalentHub Clients (focused on businesses), following the established brand guidelines. The goal was to convey a professional and tech-oriented tone while keeping a fresh and approachable style that would resonate with developers.

Process

I began by analyzing TalentHub’s brand manual, vision, and target audience — mainly programmers aged 25 to 40 with advanced English proficiency — and incorporating the client’s initial ideas. Then, I built a visual system for TalentHub Talento, focused on the developer community, with promotional and educational content that encouraged growth and new registrations, as well as assets for platform promotion campaigns. For TalentHub B2B, I designed materials aligned with the established key visual standards, emphasizing the quality and availability of Latin American talent. Throughout the project, I ensured visual consistency and differentiation, maintaining TalentHub’s identity while creating an engaging social media presence that appealed to both programmers and recruiters.

Solution

For TalentHub Talento, the visual system I developed is vibrant and versatile, featuring a modern, tech-inspired aesthetic with bright, contrasting colors that reflect innovation. The compositions are clean and structured, projecting professionalism and clarity. The visual language also incorporates an engaging and friendly tone toward programmers, supported by design elements that communicate technology and collaboration. For TalentHub B2B, I created materials aligned with previously established visual requirements, highlighting the platform’s value proposition for businesses. Overall, I implemented a distinctive design that reinforced the platform’s identity, built trust, and positioned TalentHub as an attractive option in the market.
