Volkswagen Trucks & Buses | El Salvador

Adaptation and execution of social media assets and email marketing campaigns for Autozama, the official Volkswagen Trucks & Buses representative in El Salvador.

The Challenge

The primary goal was to project the robustness and technology that define the brand within the cargo transport sector. The task wasn't about reinventing the image, but rather interpreting a highly technical global identity for the local market. I had to work within strict corporate guidelines to translate the vehicles' power and sobriety into pieces that caught the attention of Salvadoran entrepreneurs and transporters, always driving purchase intent.

Process

I started by immersing myself in the brand’s visual guidelines to understand how to maintain hierarchy while handling extensive technical information. I analyzed marketing objectives and audience profiles to structure complex data—such as engine types or load capacities—making it readable for fast-consumption formats like Instagram or newsletters. My focus was on balancing product photo retouching with minimalist graphic elements, ensuring every adaptation respected the professional, corporate tone Autozama required for its digital channels.

Solution

I designed a visual ecosystem where clean layouts allow the product to take center stage. I used solid compositions with bold typography and dark-toned contrasts to reinforce the sense of strength characteristic of models like the Delivery or Volksbus. For email marketing, I structured modular newsletters with clear iconography and strategically placed call-to-action buttons, making the transition from initial interest to requesting a quote feel natural for the user.

Impact

Implementing these assets resulted in much more coherent and trustworthy communication for the audience. By presenting technical benefits in an organized and aesthetic way, the design became a key tool for capturing interested prospects. Ultimately, this consolidated Volkswagen's image as a leader in technology and robustness within the Salvadoran transport industry.
